Half salmon
Rub with kosher salt and Montreal steak seasoning1 sliced lemon
1/2 cup Pesto (nice thick layer)
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 white onion sliced
Set out large piece of foil. Rub salt all over salmon. Lay the salmon on the sliced lemons, on the foil. Spread the pesto on the top of the salmon, followed by the parmesan and cover with the onions. Seal up the foil and BBQ for 20-30 minutes or until flaky.
