
Nordy Bars - Renee White
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 pkg. (12 oz) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1.5 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (12 oz) chocolate chips
2 cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add butterscotch chips and brown sugar; stir until melted. Remove pan from heat and stir in eggs; add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly. Stir in vanilla. Set aside to cool. When cool stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool thoroughly before cutting into squares.
